A grab lorry on average can carry 2 times as much material as a standard skip, if you had 12 tonnes of material you woud need at least 2 skips but you would only need 1 grab lorry......!
Grab lorries do not require permits unlike skips left on roads as the grab lorry can pull up along side the material to be grabbed it is then loaded usually taking only 15-20 mins to load and if any disruption occurs it is normally short-lived.
You no longer have to waste your time wheel barrowing or manual handling material from your project to fill a container when a grab lorry can pick up your material straight from the pile.
